Description

Photovoltaic installations for direct conversion of solar energy into electricity during operation do not emit polluting substances into the environment. However, the definite amount of toxic substances is used in fabricating solar cells (SCs) and also produced at decommissioning and utilizing PV modules. For this reason, an important ecological problem is the assessment of the effect of negative factors on the environment and the human organism, when the person is engaged in production and operation of solar modules and other parts of PV installations.
Identify the features of the accumulation of metals in the hair of workers whose activities are related to the production of solar modules of other and constituent elements of solar power plants with direct conversion of solar energy. The study of trace elements in the hair makes it possible to identify the presence of pathological processes in the body of workers of the studied production and to develop a method for controlling the toxicity of metals for workers of enterprises producing solar modules.
